David A.E. Ridley – B.Comm., AACI, P.App – Owner

Mr. Ridley has been active in the real estate profession since 1986, when he received his real estate license. Mr. Ridley graduated from McMaster University in 1976 with a bachelor of commerce degree. He obtained the CRA designation in 1992, the AACI designation in 1993, and is also qualified as an expert witness in the Ontario Superior Court.

Mark Danko – B.A., AACI, P.App, ICI Specialist – Senior Appraiser, Manager

Mr. Danko has been in the appraisal profession since 1989. He has a bachelor of arts from the University of Western Ontario and earned his AACI designation in 2003. He undertakes a variety of appraisal assignments including office buildings, hotels, motels, commercial plazas and industrial properties.

Robert J. Kosar – B.A. CRA – Associate Appraiser

Mr. Kosar graduated with a bachelor of arts in economics from McMaster University in 1985 and has been a licensed realtor since 1986. Mr. Kosar has been involved in the real estate appraisal field since 2004 and specializes in commercial assignments throughout Ontario.

Karen Nunnenmacher – AIC Candidate Member

Ms. Nunnenmacher has been a member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada since 2013 and is working towards her AACI designation. She specializes in residential and commercial developments, golf courses, commercial plazas, multi-tenanted residential buildings, office buildings, restaurant/taverns, and single-family residential dwellings.

Brad J. Weisberg – B.Comm – AIC Candidate Member

Mr. Weisberg graduated with a bachelor of commerce degree (honours) from the University of Guelph in 2007. He previously worked as a business development co-ordinator for various corporations. Mr. Weisberg specializes in commercial appraisals of office buildings, restaurants, apartment buildings, automotive and industrial properties. Mr. Weisberg is pursuing the AACI designation.

Gary Mathieson – B. Comm, CPA, CA. – AIC Candidate Member

Mr. Mathieson joined Ridley & Associates in early 2017 and has his CPA, CA designation. His background in business and corporate taxation has served him well in assisting with a number of appraisal projects pertaining to agriculture, commercial and industrial properties. Mr. Mathieson is working towards his AACI designation.

John T. Glen – MA AACI FRICS MIMA

Mr. Glen specializes in valuation and property tax consulting relative to retail, office, shopping centres, hospitality properties, multi-residential, recreation and industrial facilities. He is a well-known international lecturer and teaches several real estate courses at York University.

Patrick Riganelli – B.S. – AIC Candidate Member

Mr. Riganelli received his bachelor of arts degree in 2013 with a focus in law and society. He was previously a purchaser and project manager in the steel industry. Mr. Riganelli is currently working towards obtaining his AACI designation.

Jodie Stevens, AAPI, CPV – AIC Candidate Member

Ms. Stevens graduated from Central Queensland University in 2014 with a bachelor of property economics degree. Her areas of specialty are commercial and industrial freehold and leasehold interests. Ms. Stevens became a candidate member of the AIC in 2019, with the intention of gaining a AACI designation by the end of 2020.

Tammy Woelfl – B.A., M.Sc., CRA – Senior Appraiser, Manager

Ms. Woelfl holds a CRA designation and has been involved in the real estate field since 2007. She obtained her undergraduate degree from Brock University and her master's degree from Niagara University. Ms. Woelfl completes residential appraisals, specializing in appraisal assignments for matrimonial and estate purposes.

Mr. Lavell obtained his undergraduate degree in accounting from Brock University. He previously worked in the accounting field, until turning his focus towards real estate appraisal in 2015. Mr. Lavell is pursuing his CRA status.
